A family burial ground, known as Parks Cemetery, is located on the original homestead property a short distance behind the house. It contains the graves of Woodruff Parks and his wife, Elizabeth "Dovey" Cashion Parks; Woodruff's brother William Parks and his wife, Mary C. Thurston Parks; and two of Woodruff and Dovey's children who died before reaching old age, Woodroof J. Parks (1855–1876) and Jennie B. Parks Pitts (1857–1877), along with three members of the Pitts family connected through Jennie's marriage. There are actually two distinct burial sites, approximately three feet apart and perpendicular to each other. Both are surrounded by cast iron fences. The site to the northwest is much larger, approximately two or more times the size of the other. Unfortunately, nature and the hands of time have displaced the remaining stones, most of which cannot be visually deciphered.

Joel Dodson Parks and his wife, Emma Winifred Puckett Parks, along with his brothers Aaron T. and William C. Parks, are buried separately, in Rose Hill Cemetery in Fayetteville.
